Do you sometimes feel like you are suffocating? Like everything on the outside is pushing in trying to see how long it will take for you to crack.
I get that feeling a lot. The idea that everyone is working against me, stressing me out. The only problem is, I've never figured out how to relieve my stress.
If any of you have any ideas, please let me know, because I'm starting to go insane.

That's like my life 72% of the time. I usually just take a break and go to my room and listen to music or just lay there, or if I have time and need to be distracted I'll watch a tv show or some youtube or just aimlessly internet search. Or if I have a ton of crap to do (like I really should be doing now) I make a list of everything I NEED to do and estimate how much time it would take, and then if there's extra time, schedule in some stuff I sort of need to do or some more stuff that doesn't have to be done but is more pleasant.
